Vladimir Raksha is an award-winning London-based film director working across narrative, visual and action-driven storytelling. He has created projects for Universal Music Group UK, Burning Man, Island Records and others.

His sci-fi The Black Square opened the Moscow International Film Festival (MIFF). His original series Sleep With Me won Grand Prix and Best Director at the Pilot TV Series Festival. His drama A Lifetime Ago won a Special Award at the Window to Europe Film Festival and closed the Sputnik Over Poland Film Festival in Warsaw. His film Selfing earned a nomination at the Chinese American Film Festival (CAFF) in Los Angeles. He also won Best Director at the Music Box Gold Awards.

Raksha also created Others, a major historical fantasy franchise spanning five countries and three languages, for Kinopoisk, Eastern Europe’s leading streaming platform. He also created Kris+Tina, a mystical tale of parallel realities, now on Plex in the US, and many other works across formats and genres.

Creator of Raksha Wave and Hybrid Production Systems. He is developing new film and television projects across the UK,US and EU.
