Raksha Wave User Agreement
Version 1.2
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of Raksha Wave and related systems provided by Raksha World Ltd, London, UK (“Company”).
By accessing Raksha Wave, selecting a tier, paying an invoice, entering an activation code, or using issued access credentials, the Client (“Client”) confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.
1. Access & Selection
Access to Raksha Wave is provided by selection only. Submission of an application does not guarantee access.
Raksha World Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose reasons.
2. Nature of Service
Raksha Wave is a professional workflow system and consulting-driven toolset, not a public SaaS product.
Access implies participation in a controlled professional environment intended for studios, directors, and production teams operating in production, research, or development contexts.
3. Nature of Technology — DI, Not AI
Raksha Wave is not an artificial intelligence model and does not generate images, video, sound, or text.
Raksha Wave is a Deterministic Intelligence (DI) control system designed to create structured, code-driven pipelines for directing and controlling third-party generative models.
Raksha Wave operates through the provision of native coding instruments that translate user intent into deterministic control structures, including TSP (Temporal Syntax Prompting).
Raksha Wave does not replace, emulate, train, fine-tune, or modify AI models. It provides a controllable orchestration layer above them.
4. Model Compatibility & Third-Party Systems
Raksha Wave is designed to be compatible with third-party generative systems, including but not limited to Runway, Stable Diffusion, Pika, Kling, Hailuo, LumaLabs, and other current or future model providers.
Raksha Wave does not host, operate, train, or alter third-party models.
All generation, rendering, and inference occur within external systems and are subject to their respective architectures, limitations, updates, and terms of use.
5. Model Disclaimer
Raksha Wave provides controllability, stability, identity consistency, motion dynamics, and temporal logic for scenes and sequences.
However, final output quality, including sharpness, fine detail, colour accuracy, artefacts, motion quality, temporal coherence limits, duration, or length constraints depends entirely on the specific third-party model used.
Any artefacts, quality limitations, regressions, or behavioural constraints are inherent properties of the selected model and are not caused by Raksha Wave or TSP.
Raksha Wave steers model behaviour but does not modify internal model architecture, weights, training data, or inference logic.
Raksha World Ltd is not responsible for changes, regressions, outages, or behavioural shifts introduced by third-party model providers.
6. Interoperability & Model Substitution
In the event that a specific third-party model, service, or network becomes unavailable, degraded, restricted, or temporarily non-operational, the Client acknowledges that TSP-based pipelines and control logic are designed to remain applicable across alternative third-party models of comparable purpose and function.
TSP code and structural control logic may be reused with other compatible models or services without functional limitation, subject only to architectural differences inherent to the substituted model.
Raksha Wave is model-agnostic by design and does not lock the Client to any single third-party provider.
7. Subscription, Selection & Activation
Access is granted only after all of the following:
1. Selection approval by Raksha World Ltd
2. Explicit tier selection by the Client
3. Full payment of the issued invoice
4. Issuance of a valid activation code
Access credentials and activation codes are issued only after payment confirmation.
8. Pricing & Invoicing
Pricing is provided to selected Clients and may vary depending on package, access period, and organization size.
By selecting a tier, the Client agrees to the defined scope of access, the engagement format, and the pricing structure.
Issued invoices are final and non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Usage Rights
Raksha Wave, TSP, interfaces, workflows, logic, widgets, and documentation are proprietary technologies of Raksha World Ltd.
The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right of use for professional purposes only, for the duration of the paid term.
No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to the Client.
10. Restrictions
The Client may not:
* copy, replicate, or reverse engineer any part of Raksha Wave,
* extract or reconstruct TSP logic outside the system,
* share access credentials or activation codes,
* expose internal tools, methodologies, or materials to third parties,
* attempt to bypass technical, contractual, or security safeguards.
11. Unlimited Generation — Fair Professional Use
All plans include unlimited generation within fair professional use.
“Fair professional use” means usage consistent with legitimate creative, production, research, or development workflows performed by human users.
Raksha World Ltd reserves the right to restrict, throttle, or suspend usage patterns that indicate automated scraping, unattended batch exploitation, resale of access, or system stress beyond intended professional operation.
12. Outputs & Ownership
All outputs generated through third-party models using Raksha Wave-controlled pipelines belong to the Client, subject to the terms of the respective model providers.
Raksha World Ltd does not claim ownership or authorship over generated outputs.
Raksha World Ltd is not responsible for intellectual property compliance, licensing, or rights clearance related to third-party model outputs.
All brand names, trademarks, and product references are used solely for nominative and descriptive purposes. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, affiliation, licensing, or authorization by any rights holder.
No proprietary software, firmware, datasets, models, or protected materials are used, accessed, reverse-engineered, or reproduced. References serve only as contextual or comparative descriptors.
13. Consulting & Advisory Scope
Consulting, workflow analysis, and advisory services are provided as strategic guidance only.
Raksha World Ltd does not guarantee creative outcomes, production success, commercial performance, or financial results.
All decisions made based on system outputs or consulting guidance remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
14. Liability & Responsibility
Raksha World Ltd shall not be liable for creative decisions or outcomes, production delays or failures, losses arising from use of third-party models, changes in external model behaviour or availability, or business, reputational, or financial impacts.
Raksha Wave provides tools and direction, not authorship or responsibility.
15. Termination
Raksha World Ltd may suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of breach of this Agreement, misuse or abuse of the system, violation of intellectual property protections, or actions that compromise system integrity or other clients.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Acceptance
By selecting a tier, paying an invoice, entering an activation code, or using Raksha Wave, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full.
